Joining a swim team is a good place to learn teamwork, hard work, and the thrill of competition. It is a great way to get healthy and stay that way! If you can swim 25 yards there is a place for you on a swim team. Swim teams are a great way for bi-athletes and tri-athletes looking to improve their swimming skills.
The BDST, Dallas High School, Central High School, and The Masters swim teams all practice at the Dallas Aquatic Center. Swim meets are held depending on the season and which team is hosting. See below for more information on your swim team!
Blue Dolphin Swim Team (BDST)
