The City of Dallas has received requests for donations to the Parks Division including bench and picnic table commemoration opportunities. In an effort to meet the needs of the community while enhancing the amenities throughout our parks system, the staff has prepared the following Commemorative Bench & Picnic Table Program guidelines. The creation of special guidelines will ensure ongoing, equitable donation opportunities for individuals and organizations and will maximize community benefit.

Members of the public may submit requests to sponsor a commemorative bench or picnic table to the Parks Division for consideration using a standard Commemorative Bench and Picnic Table Program Donation Request form. Donation request forms are available in the Public Works Department, located at 187 SE Court Street, Dallas, OR 97338, by calling (503) 831-3562, or by clicking on the links below. Completed donation request forms should be delivered to the Department of Public Works at the above address.
