Residents of Dallas often ask how they can participate in the governmental process.  Citizens' Advisory Committees are formed at the request of City Council and/or the Mayor when they are looking for citizen input that requires in-depth examination and feedback on certain topics.

The City realizes the backbone of any successful organization is its committees and the volunteers who participate as committee members. By getting involved, you can make a statement about your commitment to our community.  By sharing your time, expertise, and energies with others, you can create a return on your investment through the impact you make.  If you are interested in serving on a committee.  Please fill out the Citizen Committee Interest Form.
