1.
How do I get on the Council agenda?
There is a time during each City Council meeting for questions or comments from the audience. Anyone in the audience has the opportunity to speak at that time. We would recommend, however, that you contact the City Manager prior to the meeting to discuss your issue because he can often provide the information you are seeking or resolve your concern.
2.
How do I contact the Mayor or a Councilor?
You can send an e-mail to the Mayor or Council. Mail can be addressed to them at City Hall, 187 SE Court Street.
Email the Mayor
3.
May I address the Council on items not on the agenda?
Yes, however general comments and concerns are limited to not more than five minutes.
4.
How can I get a face-to-face meeting with the Mayor or a Councilor?
This type of meeting is set up through the City Manager or his/her secretary and is held at City Hall.
