How do I rent a shelter at the park?
Reservation season for use of the shelters at the City of Dallas Park is May 1 - September 30. Reservations are taken from the public beginning January 1 for the following season. Please return the rental form to Public Works, located on the 2nd Floor at City Hall, or by mail to the City of Dallas, Public Works Department, 187 SE Court Street, Dallas, Oregon 97338. Please be sure to include all fees.

How do I get on the Council agenda?
There is a time during each City Council meeting for questions or comments from the audience. Anyone in the audience has the opportunity to speak at that time. We would recommend, however, that you contact the City Manager at 503.831.3502 or by emailing him at jerry.wyatt@ci.dallas.or.us prior to the meeting to discuss your issue because he can often provide the information you are seeking or resolve your concern.

Whom do I talk to about my water?
Billing is handled by the Finance Department, 503.831.3508. Questions about water quality or water pressure would be handled by the Public Works Department, 503.831.3562.

Where do I get information about trash and recycling service?

Where do I go to get a marriage license?
Marriage licenses are issued by the Polk County Clerk at the County Courthouse. The phone number is 503.623.9217. Information can also be found on the
